I’m an Online Coach and personal trainer, and I help YOU ditch the all-or-nothing mindset, build confidence in the gym, and achieve sustainable weight loss—without giving up the food they love.

I spent years believing my weight was just "genetics" and that I had no control over my body. I’ve been the girl who felt uncomfortable in her skin, who used food as a crutch, and who convinced herself that change just wasn’t possible. But when I finally took the leap to work with a coach, everything shifted.

I lost 50kg, competed in two bodybuilding competitions, and completely transformed not just my body, but my mindset.
And the best part? I did it without giving up the foods I love, punishing myself with endless cardio, or obsessing over the scales.
Now, I teach my clients the exact methods that helped me—so they can build strong, confident bodies while actually enjoying the process.
