Throughout my life, I struggled with being overweight, attributing it to genetics and feeling powerless to change. When I initially engaged with my coach, my aim was simply to improve my health.

Little did I know, this decision would transform my life.

Now, having shed 50 kilograms and competed in two bodybuilding contests, I've discovered my true passion.

I'm driven to assist others in realizing their potential and achieving goals they never thought attainable.

My journey from struggling with weight to embracing fitness has inspired me to empower others on their path to wellness.

Full app access with personalised program tailored completely to your needs & goals. Both gym & home based available for beginner all the way to advanced levels.


Customised nutrition based off your goals & activity level (calories & macro targets)+ 3-5 Day Meal plans for mid week and weekend options.


Monday-Friday support for ongoing connection with me via WhatsApp during your journey, in addition to a weekly in-depth check-in. You will also get access to the community Instagram Chat, where you can connect with others who are on the same journey!


Here to help keep you accountable i.e for step targets, water intake.

Free education resources including Smart swaps, MyFitnessPal guide and any tips and trick i can give you along the ride


We will also organise a free onboarding video call upon you starting to talk goals, nutrition as well as run you through the app


All online coaching packages require a 12-week minimum commitment and continues to roll on after. This is due to the fact takes at least three months to see significant results.


All packages are automatically billed via direct debit until you decide you no longer require them, at which point your account can be paused after the minimum period. Following this period, you will have the option to upgrade or downgrade.
